To enter in a chance of winning one of our contests you must act in accordance with the following terms and conditions and by entering one of our contests you automatically agree to the terms and conditions.
The term “our/us/we” refers to Quality Garden Supplies Ltd.
The term “you” refers to the user/participant/contestant entering the contest.
The term “contest(s)” also refers to any competition(s)/giveaway(s)/
To enter you must have completed/met all of the entry requirements/rules by the end date of the contest. Entry requirements are different with each contest and are clearly stated in our marketing posts when we promote our contests.
The winner(s) are drawn randomly when the participants who have entered the contest have completed/met all the entry requirements of the contest.
We have the right to withdraw/cancel any contests at any point without warning up to and including on the contest date.
You must be 18 years and over and a resident living in the UK when entering any of our contests. It is up to you as a contestant to prove your age and residency if asked by the moderator(s). If you fail to prove your age and residency, you will automatically be disqualified from the contest (and if you have won a new winner will be drawn in your place).
When entering our contests, you acknowledge that our contests are not affiliated, sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any of the third party social media platforms that we may use at any point during the contest (instagram & Facebook, etc) or any other third party company that is associated with the product/subscription/prize being given away.
